Dengue serology IgM (Elisa)
Dengue test — NS1 antigen (early infection) and IgM/IgG antibodies (after 5 days) for confirming dengue fever.
About this test
Dengue fever is diagnosed with a combination of NS1 antigen (positive in the first 1–5 days of illness) and IgM/IgG antibodies (positive from day 5 onwards). NS1 is the best early test; IgM confirms recent infection. The choice depends on how long you have had symptoms. Classic Diagnostics offers all dengue tests with rapid reporting — same day for NS1, 24 hours for IgM/IgG. A simple venous blood draw is all that is needed.
