HSG (Including Gynaecs fee)

HSG (Including Gynaecs fee) is a DIGITAL X RAY test offered at Classic Diagnostics across Noida. The test is performed by qualified specialists and processed in our NABL-accredited laboratory, ensuring accurate, reliable results. Home sample collection is available across Delhi & Noida — no need to visit the centre. Reports are shared via email and through our patient portal. Reports are typically available within N/A.

• It is done in post-menstrual phase after bleeding has completely stopped, else results can be un-reportable. There should not even be any spotting also for at least 2 days before study is done.
• Fasting for 3-4 hours.
• patient is advised to take tablet Meftal spas, 30 minutes to 60 minutes before study to relieve any spasm of fallopian tubes and relieve pain.
• Uncommonly HSG may be failure due to various well documented reason like incompetent OS or spasm of fallopian tubes etc. Patient may be advised laproscopic exam by her doctor under these circumstances.
• Some degree of spotting is expected lasting from few hours to a day or two as a routine. Hence can bring a pad with you.
• If HSG has been advised under IV sedation , we additionally need prior appointment, fasting for 6 hours, normal Haemogram, LFT, KFT, diabetes if any under control + additional charges for anasthetist. Patient will need to be under observation, even after the examination.
